My Process

The foolproof system I use to get us to our destination.

  • I want to really to get to know both you and your project. Here, I ask lots of deep questions, and take lots of scribbled notes.

Our goal is that we both walk away with a trust for each other, and a better understanding of what the "win" looks like for this project.

  • I take all the notes and learnings from Discovery and translate those into moodboards. This is a stage usually filled conversation, as we hash out which visual direction feels the most right for our goals.

  • Using the roadmaps from Discovery and Strategy, I create the designs you came for, be it a logo, website, book cover, or more.

While we sometimes revise for a round or two, starting with Discovery and Strategy means that by this point, I've got a pretty good handle on who you are and what our goals are. The result? I typically get pretty close to the bullseye on the first pass.

  • Once we've arrived at a final design, we start the conversation about liftoff. Depending on the project, this may include launch coaching and strategy, building out a book series system, or crafting templates for your creative team.

Once all that is done, we wrap up the details, and you're ready to go!

What Others Are Saying

 FAQs

  • Not necessarily. As a follower of Christ and former pastor, the church is typically where my passion and my experience most align. But I've worked outside of this space before, and if you think we'd be a good match, let's talk!

  • You probably already know this answer—it depends! Each church and project is unique and requires different things. Though as a former pastor, I'm quite familiar with making a little budget go a long way.

I typically have an initial conversation with the client about what all they need, and then offer a flat fee that covers all aspects of the project.

  • You bet. I've done most everything you can think of for church world. If you're looking for a T-Shirt, printed brochure, website, or something else, you're still in the right place. Let's start a conversation about what you're looking for, and see what we can create together!
