The Projects
Logos is the world's leading Bible research platform, offering several tools for enriching one’s Bible study, sermon preparation, seminary studies, and much more. At the same time, Logos is a company with a rich history of various church-focused tools and initiatives to help God’s people go deeper in the Word. Some of these include Faithlife Equip, Proclaim, Lexham Press, Verbum, and more.
As a designer on the Brand Team at Logos, I’ve served in a number of different creative capacities. I participated in the rebranding of both Logos and Proclaim, was the chief creative force behind Proclaim Pro Media, and have designed thousands of assets while working in-house. Some of the campaigns I designed achieved historic status, breaking company records for performance and sales, and leading our Marketing department to the highest revenue generation in company history.
A new media browser experience for Proclaim Church Presentation Software. As a user of such media services when I was a pastor, my goal in this was to make it easier to get to great media, faster.
Web page, informational graphic, and campaign design for a promotion centered around our partnership with N.T. Wright.
Web page and campaign design for our “Last Chance” sale for Logos 10 (and its extension). This campaign was the key company initiative in August 2024, and broke records, becoming the most successful campaign in the company’s history.
Web page and campaign design for our our annual Pastor and Ministry Leader Appreciation Month promotion. This was the first time I initiated our now common practice of masking user personas within our brand shapes.
Each year, we do a more “fun” take for our Summer Reading Sale at Logos. This was 2023, one of the last sales created prior to implementing our rebrand.
The 2024 version of our Summer Reading Sale at Logos. Finding a minimal, Swiss way to demonstrate summer was the fun challenge in designing this one.
Our August “Super Sale”, with a heavier focus on Swiss typography.
A persona-focused page (for pastors), explaining why if they already have Logos, subscribing to our presentation software, Proclaim, would be a wise move. We ultimately spoke with Logos’ brand voice, and brought in Proclaim UI elements in the same manner one might display books and products.
The “Ultimate Sale”. Leaned into a more dramatic expression of our brand to complement the higher-end products from our catalogue.
November’s Advent sale for 2023. The design for this one focused on setting a strong visual theme, while also not making it compete with our larger Christmas promotions.
Promotional assets for an Easter campaign for Proclaim (residing under the Faithlife brand at the time).
Promotional assets for a preaching-centric webinar for Logos and Levi Lusko.
